There was a 5 month delay between the ordering and the delivery of my car. This was due to shortages in manufacturing, but it meant I did not know when my new car would be arriving.

Car booked in at 0800 as part of recall programme. I asked if possible for a quick turnaround. Car ready at 1015; immaculate thanks to Robert the valeter. Bonus - he found long lost sunglasses under seat. I had looked but not found!!!
